Known as Andy to his friends, Andrew T. Austin is a neurolinguist, therapist and trainer based in the south of England. Author of the book, “The Rainbow Machine – Tales from a Neurolinguist’s Journal”, he has been compared to Robert Anton Wilson and When told he had been called, “The British Milton Erickson” by Bill O’Hanlon, Andy was seen to panic slightly and was heard to declare, “it’s going to be much easier being the British Andy Austin, I already know how to do that one.”
Predominantly working with patients with chronic emotional and psychological difficulties, Andy has developed “Integral Eye Movement Therapy” (IEMT) and Metaphors of Movement which enable change to be produced in client groups where expectations for change would otherwise be very low.
