Originally I was trained as a Registered Nurse and have been working in the Pharmaceutical World in a variety of Managerial roles in Sales and Marketing for nearly 2 decades. I founded my own company, InZight AS in 2005, helping people throughout Scandinavia with their personal development. I am a dedicated person committed to my client’s success.

In 2013 I was trained by Richard Bandler as a NLP Master Practitioner. Since then I have been working more and more towards the 3 Principles (Mind-Thought-Consciousness) understanding, which I combine with Hypnosis & The Havening Techniques® in my Practice.

I work foremost with deep traumas through hypnoanalysis, and I help people revalue their intrinsical sense. I also work with free associations in order to find repressions which engenders emotional release. I help people overcome problems such as panic disorders, phopias, IBS, anxiety, confidence issues and similar mechanisms. Also work with suggestion therapy in applicable cases, such as quit smoking and weight loss and such. I educate in Law and ethics, kinesics and semantic patterns
(covert hypnosis).

I currently practise qualitative research within observed correlation between sugara ddiction and sexuality. The aim of the study is to (if established) frame current treatments to under emphasise the addiction.

I accentuate ethical principle of confidentiality and competence in both life-long education and current legislation. My work is clinical and with substantial respect for the client. I have liability insurance.

I work with any client case but am mostly oriented to flight phobias, quit smoking and sports achievements. I have a sincere interest in my clients problem situations and I work “from my heart”. I strive towards excellence and my overall goal is that a client would not need to meet me again in (yet) another session.

I have put together a successful formula using EFT, NLP and hypnosis (in this order) which works well for me. In addition to sessions I also provide individual recordings where suitable/needed.

I have also conducted group hypnosis, with at most 95 persons present.

My main interest is in sports performances where I among many things have helped my clients to world record and several world champion medals (including myself).
